At MindsetSeed Inc, we are on a mission to transform narratives, break barriers, and sow the seeds of empowerment for Asian American neurodiverse youth. Founded by Anh, Jade, and Sam during their high school senior year, the team sought to increase representation and reduce stigma of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the Asian American community.
Our Vision
We envision a world with accessible cultural sensitive neurodiversity screening tools and inclusive learning environment & workplace for neurodiverse community. Specifically, neurodiversity has remained a misunderstood and misdiagnosed condition in the Asian American community due to language, cultural, and socio-economic barriers. With our diverse team, we collaborate with neurodiverse youths to share their stories, and aim to destigmatize stereotypes of neurodiversity and urge inclusivity using universal design principles.
